Statement of Faith

We hold that the Bible (the Holy Scriptures), in its entirety, is the inerrant, infallible, authoritative Word of God, given by God through the divine inspiration of the Holy Spirit, and is reliable, sufficient, and trustworthy in its instruction in all matters of faith and conduct. The Holy Scriptures are given by God to the Christian Church for the foundation of faith and are the sole source from which all doctrines proclaimed in the Christian Church must be taken, examined, and judged. The Holy Scriptures, in their unity, faithfully speak and witness to the person and work of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, to the glory of God the Father.

We also accept as a true witness to the Gospel the three Universal or Ecumenical Creeds of the early church era, being the Apostle’s Creed, the Nicene Creed, and the Athanasian Creed. We also subscribe to the principal and crucial doctrines that were defended and preserved in the Protestant Reformation — Sola Scriptura, Soli Deo Gloria!, Solo Christo!, Sola Gratia, Sola Fide.
